Pay the $45 bench fee
The bench fee is required before work starts and can be paid by direct deposit or over the phone.

Pack it securely
Use plenty of bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Express Post with Signature is recommended.

Approve any further work
Additional repair charges are discussed separately. Return postage is charged to the customer.
Back up the device if possible. Do not include account passwords, banking details or unrelated personal information in the parcel or quote form.
